Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
You must return items back to us within 14 days of delivery.
If 14 days have gone by since you received purchase, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (no dog hair or stains etc). It is recommended that you try the harness on your pup indoors just incase you need to return it. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.
If you wish to return an item, please send a request via email to info@clouddoodles.com. Please include a note in your package containing your order number, name, shipping address and email.
The buyer is responsible for paying for covering the costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance incase your parcel goes missing. we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
We do not offer returns or refunds on custom or made to order items such as resin tags, and human apparel/ accessories that made to order items. We will note these in the description. Sale items are NON-returnable, the price reflects this on all items. All sale items are final sale and non-returnable/refundable.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The buyer must contact us within 7 days of receipt of delivery if there are any damages or defects to your items. We do not exchange for incorrect size. This is your responsibility to ensure you have made the correct measurements and ordered the correct size.
Sale items
Only full priced items can be returned for a refund. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and all sales are final.
